A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM RAYMOND F. CULPEPPER

In meditating on a support theme for The Great Commission initiative God impressed me with the word solution. At first, I did not understand. Then I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to see that the Great Commission is the solution:
• To Reaching the Unchurched
• To Developing Mature Disciples
• To Increasing Financial Resources
This fall 2009 and winter 2010, the Church of God family around the world will engage in a study of the Great Commission—its Biblical roots, how God wants us to respond, life-related applications of "going" and "teaching", and the impact on the kingdom of God and the local church.
I believe the Great Commission is the solution. I also believe it is God's timing for the Church of God to give this missional mandate top priority in prayer, promotion, and participation. I am asking every pastor to order a Power Kit and to launch this initiative in his or her church.
Let us expect a flood of glorious blessings as we go "Forward Together" in changing times to change the world.
